Refund and Returns Policy
At Midas Wears, we want you to shop with confidence. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our Refunds & Returns Policy carefully before placing an order.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging, with tags still attached.
- The return must be requested within 3 days of receiving your order.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
- Clearance or discounted items (unless defective).
- Underwear or intimate wear for hygiene reasons.
How to Request a Return
If you meet the criteria above, follow these steps:
- Send an email to support@midaswears.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for our response and return approval (usually within 24–48 hours).
- Once approved, send the item to the return address provided by our team.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 working days.
- Refunds will be made via the original payment method or store credit, depending on your preference.
- Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or you received the wrong size or style. If you need an exchange, please follow the return process above and indicate the new size/style you’d like.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our fault. We advise using a trackable shipping service to ensure your item arrives safely.
