Refunds

Refunds are only available under the following conditions:

• You receive a damaged product, or
• You receive a product that is different from what you ordered.

Refunds will not be granted for any reason outside the conditions listed above.

Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed where necessary, subject to the conditions below:

• Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
• Customers are responsible for all exchange delivery costs.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition to qualify for exchange.

If no notification is made within 48 hours of delivery, the item will not qualify for exchange or refund.

Payment on Delivery (POD)

• Payment on Delivery is available only within Lagos.
• POD orders are currently limited to Lagos customers.
