Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

• Customers will receive confirmation once the order has been processed and scheduled for delivery.

Delivery Locations

• We currently deliver within Lagos and to other states within Nigeria.

• Some remote areas may require additional delivery time or cost.

Delivery Time Estimates

• Lagos deliveries: Same day or within 1–2 business days

• Outside Lagos: 3–7 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics conditions, weather, or courier delays.

Shipping Fees

• Shipping fees are calculated based on delivery location and order size.

• The delivery cost will be communicated and confirmed before dispatch.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.

Payment on Delivery (POD)

• Payment on Delivery is available only within Lagos.

• POD orders must be confirmed before dispatch.

• Failed POD deliveries due to customer unavailability may result in POD restriction on future orders.

Order Tracking

• Where available, tracking details will be provided after dispatch.

• Customers may also contact our support team for delivery status updates.

Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and supporting evidence.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not liable for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. Additional redelivery fees may apply.
